Two organisations: one brand. And each organisation wants to retain as much of its identity as it can. Where do you start?
In this case, with a great client who formed a panel to discuss the project and see it through to local implementation. Together, we worked out what Working Ventures UK and the Employer Coalitions needed, thrashed-out where between the two identities the merged identity should be and how its structure should work. Then we talked regularly during the design development process, brand guidelines drafting and template creation.
The project also involved design for print – printed publicity, the annual report and Working Ventures UK’s legacy publication.
Working Ventures UK has come to the end of its run but we’re delighted that on handover, the Employer Coalitions have retained the brand.
