An outside view: CLIC Sargent

An outside view for an in-house team:

National charity CLIC Sargent has a high volume of communications work with more than 50 design jobs a week, which keep its in-house design team very busy.The fundraising department, which is the main client for design, lacked a detailed understanding of what was required in a design brief. Keeping the brand up to date as well is a challenge. An external view with real understanding of design practice has helped staff to clarify the jobs that the brand needed to do and to redesign processes.
