Charities have committed staff who need to know that a rebrand has a practical purpose. Trustees need to know what’s being done in return for the spend on design. Staff using templates need to know what the basic layout principles are that will help them to use them well. And clients need to know that if they come to us with a brief and the answer is not adding design but taking away clutter, we’ll tell them.
